Construction : By forming and butt - welding metal strip into thin-walled rigid tubing and impressing into this tubing a corrugated profile. Thickness of the metal strip, height of the corrugations and the number of corrugation per foot of hose all affect the performance characteristics of the hose.

Annular corrugated close pitch hose is for high degree of flexibility and working pressure.

Application : Suitable for wide range of chemicals, petroleum products, super heated steam, fuel and oil lines, coolant, liquefied gas(Cryogenic), Vacuum etc.

Advantage : Suitable for high degree of flexibility, vibration eliminator, resistance to penetration and damage, fire & mositure resistance, economical installation and longer life.

  JACKETED FLEXIBLE METAL HOSE :
(Stainless Steel corrugated) 		 
 

 
 

For heat treatment to any fluid(in internal hose) with steam or hot oil (in the jacketed hose) these assemblies are used. By this, temperature of the fluid in the inner hose is raised, thereby lowering its viscosity and permitting free flow of the liquid. The high flexibility of the hose is apt for angular and offset movements. These can also be used as coolant hose in compressor and engines.

The large surface area of the corrugated hose results in a higher heat transfer efficiency.

Hose Material : Core & Jacket : S/S 304, 316, 321

Braiding : S/S 304

Operating Temperature : 400° C Max

End Connection : Core Hose : Male/Female/Flange fittings.

Jacket Hose : Female union / Flange. Offset by 180°. C to one another.

Consumers : Mainly for use in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, petroleum and engineering industries.


 

 
 

TUBE FLEX :

PTFE TEFLON HOSE SMOOTH BORE

  
 



HOSE CONSTRUCTION : Smooth inner core of extruded white TEFLON with stainless steel - 304 wire braid reinforcement. Also available in two or three braid for higher pressure application.

TEMPEATURE RANGE : - 65. F to 450. F (-54. C to 232. C) for continuos service.
-100. F to 500. F (-73. C to 260. C) for intermittent service.

END FITTINGS : Male, Female, Quick Release Coupling, Flange ( Fix Floating), or as per customers specification. They are securely crimped to hose to ensure leak - proof connection.

APPLICATION : Steam, Compressor discharge and virtually resistant to all chemicals. Non-stick and low friction properties helps in using one hose for several chemicals. It can easily cleaned to maintain purity. Non-aging and Moisture resistant properties helps in storing the hose for a long time.
 

 
  PTFE TEFLON CORRUGATED HOSE  
 


 
 

CONSTRUCTION : Inner core of corrugated Teflon, with externally reinforced with stainless steel - 304 wire braided.

TEMPERATURE RANGE : -65. F to 400. F(-54.C to 204.C)

APPLICATION : Because of corrugated construction, it has excellent flexibility, and sharp bending radius with large size. Hence it is used for Most Chemical transfer and Industrial application, general purpose, food processing etc.

NOTE
Above hoses can be offered with Teflon coated end fittings, for highly corrosive chemicals.
